These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all quotations, sales, supply, and installation of products and services provided by Blindtex Curtains LLC to the .

Payment

Payment is due strictly in accordance with the terms stated on the quotation and/or invoice. Blindtex Curtains LLC reserves the right to suspend production, delivery, or installation in the event of overdue payments. Overdue balances may be subject to administrative charges and legal recovery costs.

Retention of Title

All goods remain the sole property of Blindtex Curtains LLC until full payment has been received. In the event of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to enter the Customer’s premises and recover the goods without prejudice to any other legal remedies available.

Made-to-Measure Goods

All products are manufactured to measure. Orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or returned once production has commenced. Blindtex Curtains LLC shall not be responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the Customer. Where incorrect measurement or manufacturing defect is attributable to the Company, replacement shall be limited to the affected item within the original production lead time.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation dates are estimates only and delays shall not constitute a breach of contract. The Customer must provide safe and unobstructed access for installation. The Company shall not be liable for damage to concealed pipes, wiring, or structural weaknesses unless disclosed in writing prior to installation.

Inspection & Claims

The Customer must inspect goods immediately upon delivery or installation. Any claim for damage, shortage, or defect must be submitted in writing within 48 hours. Failure to notify within this period shall constitute acceptance of the goods.

Storage & Customer Delay

If delivery or installation is delayed by the Customer after goods are ready, the Company reserves the right to demand immediate payment of the outstanding balance and apply reasonable storage charges.

Warranty

Warranty applies strictly in accordance with the Company's published warranty terms. Signature Lifetime Warranty is valid only upon online registration within 30 days of ordering. Warranty excludes misuse, accidental damage, improper installation by third parties, modifications, and normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods supplied. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses including loss of profits or delay-related costs.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Sharjah.
